A fresh graduate of The Ohio State University, Eleanor is a current member of the Canadian National Team training full time for the Tokyo Olympics. She was a student athlete at Ohio State for 5 years, and won the NCAA Championships in 2016. Also in 2016, she finished in the top 8 at her first Olympic Games in Rio. In her most recent season on the international circuit (2017-2018), she finished ranked 7th in the world.
Eleanor is excited to bring her experience and love of fencing to others through coaching, and is especially looking forward to creating fun, energetic group class to improve athletes’ speed, agility, and mental focus. Since she is new to coaching, Eleanor stresses open communication with her athletes so that everyone can grow together!
