  • 1:00 - 1:30 pm Warm Up - Games and stretch
  • 1:30 - 2:00 pm Footwork Drill
  • 2:00 - 2:30 pm Pair Blade Work
  • 2:30 - 4:00 pm structured electric bouting
  • 4:00 - 5:00 pm Fitness testing and training

Cost: $20 per members, $30 for non-member

Private Lesson: Individual lesson can be arrange with coaches at separate cost ($20 to $30 for half an hour)
