AM 9:30-12:30 Warm up Indoor or outdoor games, Footwork, Pair drills
PM 1:30-4:30 Seminar, Electric Bouting, Fitness Training
Equipment
Full fencing uniform with under plastron and chest protector for ladies. 3 – 4 working electric foil and epee and body wire. Indoor court shoe and outdoor running shoe.
Bring your own lunch, water bottle & snack. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
Registration:
We limited the entry to 40 and priority given to those who are top ranked in the HPP ranking.
